Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy is linked to our Terms and Conditions. Please read below. Terms and Conditions: By booking this service, you as parent / guardian agree and accept the following terms and conditions - 1. Acknowledgment of Activity: The parent/guardian acknowledges that they are enrolling their child in the abovementioned class. They understand the nature of the program and its associated activities. 2. Permission to Participate: The parent/guardian hereby grants permission for their child to participate in the class and accepts any associated inherent risks. 3. The parent/guardian accepts that - a) Learning Ladder makes no guarantees about any specific academic outcomes resulting from your child's attendance; b) Learning Ladder aims to provide a high quality service which requires your child's diligence and dedication during class, at school and at home; c) Learning Ladder shall determine the materials to be provided to your child during class. 4. Medical Information: The parent/guardian is responsible for informing Learning Ladder of any allergies, medical conditions, pre - existing injuries or special needs that the child may have. 5. Liability Waiver: The parent/guardian releases and holds harmless Learning Ladder and its staff from any and all liability for injury, loss or damages resulting from participation in the class, or travel to and from class. 6. Refunds: The parent/guardian accepts that once a course (Term) has been paid for, no refunds will be issued for any reason other than cancellation on behalf of the service provider. 7. Make - up classes: The parent/guardian accepts that they must give Learning Ladder 1 business day's notice of any student absences (eg. notice must be given by 5pm on Friday for a Monday class). A maximum of 2 make - up classes may be carried over to the next term in the form of a credit. 9. Duration: These terms and conditions will remain in effect for the duration of any services provided by Learning Ladder.
